How app pricing works
Choose a Pro or Business core plan, then add only the apps your process needs. The calculator shows the current yearly list-price estimate for that combination.
Core plans let you receive and view orders placed through WhatsApp. Business-specific order processes—such as salesperson-led orders, different order-entry methods, pricing rules and team handoffs—require the relevant paid app.
One workflow and its setup are included with your chosen plan and apps. Required app subscriptions are charged separately; selecting an app does not mean paying a separate fee to set up that included workflow.
Message fees
Meta charges per delivered template message, based on its category and the recipient's market. Service messages are free, and utility templates sent within the 24-hour customer service window are free. Other free-entry-point rules and volume tiers may apply.
UpMatrix adds no markup on them. What you pay us is the plan above, and what you pay Meta is on Meta's rate card.
